Owning and operating a restaurant is arguably one of the most difficult businesses to be in. From the food to the service to the long hours, everything has to be just right in order to succeed. Decide to start an upscale restaurant in a small (I mean tiny) town in Western Kansas, and you just significantly increased the difficulty! But, business and entrepreneurship runs deep on both sides of my family. So, it's no surprise that my sister, Emily Campbell, has taken the leap!
